EUROPAIN is a leading trade fair for the global baking and PASTRY-making markets. The 2018 edition will be held from 03 to 06 February at Paris-Nord Villepinte Parc des Expositions. The event will gather more than 500 exhibitors and 44,000 professionals from around the world. EUROPAIN 2016 is much more than an exhibition – it is the trend-setting platform for the industry where visitors will find the new concepts, solutions and know-how they need. This year EUROPAIN is comprised by four specific sectors: Bakery, Intersuc, Equipment and Schools Street, each hosting its own events within the respective main theme.
The highlights of EUROPAIN 2018 include the Baker’s Lab, the Baker’s Restaurant and Intersuc Lab, offering live demonstrations and innovative ideas. Several competitions, among which the Bakery World Cup, the French Schools Cup and the International Confectionery Art Competition will bring together crafters and enthusiasts from various fields. The Senses & Chocolate Festival will feature master classes and round-tables, providing expert information and insight into various aspects of the trade.
