We are a 100% Mexican company with more than 20 years of experience in designing and manufacturing packaging machinery, specializing in packaging equipment for liquids, pastes, powders and granules in rigid and capping systems and labeling them.

Our markets are mainly food, pharmaceutical, chemical and industry, offering specialized teams for each of these markets, develop equipment with capacities up to 300 cans per minute, depending on the number and type of product.

Our engineering department allows us to be up to date with technology and develop special projects, experience and technology across the various sectors we serve, enabling us to take a broad view and combine the various trends and technologies to achieve more teams efficient and advanced.

We are located in Santa Catarina, Nuevo Leon, a suburb of Monterrey in northern Mexico.

Product

DNL Series

DN-L series, is focused on productions from 1800 to 3000 liters (water) per hour depending on the  number of nozzles, automatic equipment is simple and versatile facility for packaging format changes.

The team has a sanitary centrifugal pump and integral flow regulator to control the speed of product packaging, is also offered in gravity filling system, ideal for delicate products or very sparkling.

This technology is a system of nozzles that penetrate and seal the container and by design, created to recycle packaging foam and excess product, balance tank, achieving this level of constant product packaging. This allows for fast filling without spillage and facilitating the filling of products that generate foam.

We offer equipment with 6, 8, 10 or 12 nozzles in line, 13, 16, 19 or 25 mm. in diameter, depending on the mouth of the container to fill.

USES AND APPLICATIONS GENERAL EQUIPMENT:

This equipment is ideal for packaging products such as water, juices, beverages, syrups, milk, edible oils, cleaners and detergents, agrochemicals, pharmaceuticals and the like, which are low viscosity without solid, by design, is especially useful for filling foaming products.
