CAN PACKAGING

Thanks to his 30 years experience Georges SIREIX created the CAN PACKAGING company in 1989 to answer a growing demand on recyclable packagings in the European market. All boxes of our ranges ECOCAN, ECOCLIP, EASYCAN and LIGHTCAN are all cardboard made.

After a first time dedicated to the research and development of machines and packagings, CAN PACKAGING built a new factory in 1999, which enables the company to better answer the need of its customers and considerably increase it production and stocking capacity.

Our warehouses are a guaranty for our customers to always have the necessary raw materials available as well as the finished packaging stocks.

Our research and development department enables us to be on the top of the technology and to propose to each customer a solution adapted to his need.

The complete control of the manufacturing process, the machinery creation and the tools, up to the delivery of the cans enable us to provide the customer with an unique, quick and reliable service.

Paper bottom closing machine after filling

Machine type CMAF (Closing Machine After Filling)

Easily integrated, thanks to the provided technical support, with the factory filling device, our machines type CMAF close ECOCAN, ECOCLIP, LIGHTCAN or other types paper cans, with a paper bottom generally delivered from a reel.

The structure and the design of the machine have been imagined in order to facilitate the machine specific integration into food products filling units. The machine is very reliable and easy for use and maintenance from the side of the operator.

Depending of the type of paper bottom required (bottom placed and sealed, or bottom with curling operation), the CMAF enable in a few stops to cut a cardboard material laminated with a barrier foil, to place and to seal it and if necessary to realise bottom curling operation.

The one-step closing process and the slight vacuum which is created by the bottom placing operation guarantee a great resistance of the finished package and ensure the perfect tightness of the product for a long shelf life. The bottom is simple, strong and cheap.

A machine like CMAF advantageously and economically replaces the metal end crimping machine, a plastic bottom fitting machine or any other brand of paper end placing machine. 

   SIMPLE AND INTEGRATED IN YOUR PROCESS

A CMAF fits easily with customer manufacturing process. It is synchronised with customer production flow and only works if it is fed with cans. This process advantage is a low energy consumption, it avoids any ramming and wasting problem. The machine runs under automatic run. When the first cans arrive, the machine turns on by itself, and stops when empty. A tactile screen enables some essential parameters to be changed accordingly with your flexibility (for example can height) or maintenance requirements.

The can inside atmosphere can be vacuum controlled or filled with neutral gas injection in order to ensure the most sensitive products a long lasting shelf life.

Computer conceived, our CMAF machines are quickly adaptable to your size and shape thanks to a parametric software.

We ensure the conception and manufacturing of your CMAF in a record time.

Adjustable production speed from 1000 to 2000 can per hour is available at a very competitive price level for CMAF 25. Performances about 6000 cans per hour are possible with CMAF 60; a CMAF TWIN ensure performances about 12 000 cans per hour.

CMAF variant for pots operculating

For carton pots operculating, in particular our ECOCLIP pots, the CMAF is the ideal machine at the end of the filling line. The operations then include: lid die cutting from a reel or paper formats feeding, lid placing and lid sealing. The ECOCLIP carton lid placing is possible as an option at cycle end.
