TCA-12 capper

The TCA 12 has a long range of optional application capabilities. The equipment can be used for the complete range of collapsible tubes including aluminium, seamless extruded plastic and side-seamed laminated tubes. A key advantage of the TCA 12 are the features for fast changeover size parts (no hand tool required) maximum flexibility, allowing either off-line or integrated (in-line) production.

The TCA 12 offers additional optional functions such as:

Top seal

Cap orientation

Tube orientation

Tube orifice drilling

Tube sleeve trimming

Tube orifice trimming

Label application

QC system for print quality and pinhole checking

Snap on or screw on caps are possible
