FEATURES:
1. The machine all made up of stainless steel and 6061T6 aluminum alloy from main board, main frame, convey belt table, legging, to interface, as well as screws and caps. All process has been through galvanization to have rust free environment. Main frame is qualified according to G.M.P. standard.
2. Apply HMI (Human Maching Interface) more easy to opator.
3. Apply Japan made motors, Mitsubishi frequent converter, Mitsubishi PLC,Sick photo sensor.
4. Accommodate with auto bottle split device .
5. The height of conveys belt can be adjusted by the height of product line.
6. Labeling precision: 0.5mm.
7. Labeling speed: 30 m/min.
8. Apply heat-printing apparatus, suitable for paper, plastics, Aluminum materials or different material of label(Option) .
9. Label position, height, and angle is adjustable by hand also.
10. Auto stop when labels run out.
11. Additional function of bottle correction, split, press, and label ironing.
