Tim Boyle is the president and CEO of Portland-based Columbia Sportswear Company. Tim's career with Columbia Sportswear began in 1971, when the company was expanding and yearly sales had finally reached $1 million. By March 1998, when the company went public, sales had grown to $427 million and surpassed $1 billion in 2004.
