HOW TO GET THERE
Warsaw International Expocentre EXPO XXI is located 3 km the city centre and the Central Railway Station, 1km from Western Railway Station (Dworzec Zachodni) and 10 km from Warsaw Chopin Airport (www.lotnisko-chopina.pl). The fastest and easiest way to reach EXPO XXI is to take a taxi. To avoid unpleasant situations we strongly recommend you to use only reliable taxi companies. The best practice is to call one of the city’s official companies and order a taxi over the phone. You can find the list of the recomended companies on official website of city Warsaw: www.warsawtour.pl. As an alternative you can choose to use a public transport. Tuesday 14 April 2015: 10am-5pm
Wednesday 15 April 2015: 10am-5pm
Thursday 16 April 2015: 10am-4pm
PARKING
Parking place at EXPO XXI is limited. Please, be advised that parking at the venue is paid.
Please note that each exhibitor will receive one parking pass that is included in the registration fee (the pass will be valid for the last day of the assembly and three days of the fair).
Additional parking passes can be ordered using the Technical Manual and prices are as follows:
1-day pass (event) + last day of set-up 12 EUR
2-days pass (event) + last day of set-up 20 EUR
3-days pass (event) + last day of set-up 30 EUR
CLOAKROOM AND CATERING
Cloakroom for Exhibitors and Visitors is located at the entrance to the fair grounds. In the venue there is also a restaurant and a caffee open throughout the duration of the fair.
