SIAL Middle East is an international exhibition of Food and has established itself as one of the largest fairs for the Food and beverage as well as for the hospitality industry in the Middle East and the MENA region. It takes place once a year in Abu Dhabi and is open to trade visitors only. As a global business platform of the industry, it offers national and international companies the opportunity to increase their prominence in the market of the Middle East and to strengthen its international visibility. The fair is aimed at Food manufacturers, distributors, importers, wholesalers and retailers, as well as representatives of institutional and commercial catering and offers the possibility to experience live the newest ethnic, regional as well as gourmet products and the most innovative solutions in the industry. With the accompanying conference, it cares for the knowledge and information exchange between experts of the industry and provides information on current topics, trends and future prospects of the industry. Furthermore the SIAL Middle East acts as a networking platform to create new contacts and to find new suppliers and business partners.

On the whole the organisers welcomed on the 3 days of the fair, from 24. November to 26. November 2014, about 818 exhibitors from 44 countries and 15736 visitors from 82 countries on the SIAL Middle East in Abu Dhabi.

This year the SIAL Middle East takes place on 3 days from Monday, 07.12.2015 to Wednesday, 09.12.2015 in Abu Dhabi already for the 6th time.
