BG Plast working life began in 1985 as Division slabs "of Bausano & Sons, a leader in its field. This situation arose from the ideas and insights Rocconi Florio, currently president of the company, which was able to read constructively market needs. These inputs then led to the creation of a society which initial aim was the development of technology "Polywood" for the production of panels for the automotive industry. Over the years, BG Plast ability to grow are not missed. BG Plast specializes in the construction of bending geometries with different materials for processing thermoplastics. These machines are the heart of the extrusion process for the production of plates and leaves, thanks to an electro-mechanical precision of the opening and closing cylinders, you can ensure the product thickness ranging between 0.1 and 40 mm depending on the material. The closing force expressed in kg / linear cm is different depending on the type of polymer and is determined by the size of the hydraulic cylinders used for displacement of the cylinders (ranging from 80 to 120 kg / linear cm). To manage the temperature of the cylinders is expected of a temperature for each cylinder separately so as to control the flow and water temperature. Each cylinder is driven by a motor-reducer independent.

To refine the adjustment of the thickness of very thin leaves, is also provided a device called "cross-axis" with which it is possible misalignment of the central cylinder than the other cylinders. This is very useful for the uniform distribution of material between two rollers.
