Meduri Farms’ processing methods are designed to preserve the natural quality attributes of even the most delicate fruits including strawberries which are produced from frozen strawberries grown in North America. The strawberries are lightly sweetened and then air dried without any sulfur dioxide or other preservatives.  The finished product is sweet and full of natural fruit flavor.

Availability & Application Ideas

Strawberries are readily available for purchase on a spot buy basis as well as on contract throughout the year. Please contact us to discuss your needs and how we might be able to supply you with product now and at new crop. Dried Strawberries are an excellent inclusion for confectionery items, trail mixes, oatmeal, granola, and other cereals, food bars, crackers, nut clusters, snack mixes, cheese spreads, breads, muffins, and other baked items.

Health Notes

Strawberries are high in Vitamin C, folic acid, fiber, and potassium. Researchers have suggested that one serving of strawberries each day may decrease systolic blood pressure.
