  • 展览介绍：(2015義大利第36屆國際工匠手製霜淇淋、糕點、糖果及烘焙食品展覽會)

    該展覽至今已成功舉辦35屆，在業屆上被公認為世界上工匠手工製作冰淇淋、糕點、糖果、巧克力及烘焙食品領域最重要的展覽，主要展示歐洲甜品工匠製作的工藝及技術，也加強了該領域在世界甜品及烘焙食品中的地位。 SIGEP 2014 展會總面積110000平米，設有16個展館，吸引了專業觀眾173904位，觀眾來自140個國家。其中前十個國家： 德國、西班牙、法國、希臘、波蘭、英國、克羅地亞、匈牙利、荷蘭、奧地利。展覽主題：手工製作冰淇淋、糕點、糖果、巧克力及烘焙食品、原材料、配料、機器設備、店面裝潢、店面裝飾及服務等所有最新的信息。同期活動：國際競技賽和錦標賽、製作過程的演示、討論會、最新的製作工藝。使之成為首屈一指的行業盛會。
