AP1000 Automatic Bag Placer

AccelPak's unique bag placing system transfers bags from a flat belt conbeyor to the bag placer. This bag placement method yields a reliable, REPEATABLE position of the bag for a faster fill rate. The bag placing system easily handles 25 lb - 100 lb bags with minimal adjustments required to switch between sizes. It is designed to be used in conjunction with AccelPak's Vertical Auger Filler, yet is versatile enough to use with other types of bag filling systems.

The AccelPak Automatic Bag Placer is designed for ruggedness, yet is very simple and clean in appearance. It is designed with few moving parts which reduces maintenance and wear on the machine and minimizes weight for faster cycling time.

●  SPEED: Up to 15 bags per minute for 50 lb bags, and 10 bags per minute for 100 lb bags

●  Bag size can be changed quickly - average changeover takes less than a minute within a seven-inch bag width range. No wrench adjustments are required!
